Main issues, needs, or priorities faced (or expressed) by villagers in accessing, and/or using digital solutions, services, or innovations (examples: reliability/strength/slow internet connection; access through local language; lack of adatpation to needs; urgently needed services not available, accessible, affordable, etc....)

* Unavailability of banking facilities- Members were used to travel spending thier half day in commute resulting in losing half day wage or work at thier field ; * Collecting cash in huge amount on monthly savings and loan installments by leaders at village level and * depositing after 2 days of collection (as same day deposit is not possible they need to travel to near by bank branch by using public transportation which is a huge risk)leads to members paying interest for 2 days
