Digital Initiatives
Digital Initiatives (DI) enable interventions, programmes or actions supporting targeted digitalization objectives. They sit somewhere between policies and strategies and specific digital innovations (or solutions). DI can be either led, co-led, or endorsed by government agencies or through multi-actors. DI can target specific digital solutions or promote enabling conditions for digital ecosystem development covering technical, financial, governance, or capacity needs of innovation developers and users and beneficiaries.
