The residents mainly use internet facilities for accessing and exchanging information through social media applications, reading news, and performing banking transactions related mostly to bill payment and shopping through e-commerce websites. All offices in the commune have computers and internet connections and employees are well versed with using email and management software for video conferencing and emails. Residents of the commune have also benefited from the electronic one-stop system launched by the government to solve administrative procedures and access more information established by local authorities. These services and one-stop system can be accessed through smartphones or people can go to the commune’s one-stop shop for guidance
