Government initiative; subsidized by DEPA
Main issues, needs, or priorities faced (or expressed) by villagers in accessing, and/or using digital solutions, services, or innovations (examples: reliability/strength/slow internet connection; access through local language; lack of adatpation to needs; urgently needed services not available, accessible, affordable, etc....)
Village residents have access to mobile telephony but lack awareness of digital services readily accessible locally (and require digital literacy and dedicated training programs). Moreover, some digital services and applications already in use, at pilot testing stage with only a small number (or digital champions) are involved. Finally, several digital innovations are widely used, but more training and capacity development are needed to expand use.
